Right to Cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the item within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Exclusions from Returns:
- Customised items: Products tailored to individual specifications, like custom-engraved or modified items that have been specifically sent in to us for custom work to be carried out, including iPhones, smart watches and other electronic device(s) are exempted from the standard return rights under UK law.
- Note that Elite Luxury Gold Plating is not liable for any technical issues unrelated to our customisation work.
Returning Goods & Costs:
- If you wish to exercise your right to return an item, you must bear the direct cost of returning those goods. This includes any shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what’s necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will promptly communicate the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. This period starts from the day we are informed about your decision to return the goods.
- Refunds will exclude initial shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on the part of Elite Luxury Gold Plating.
- Refund timings might vary based on your payment provider’s policies.
